2.-Resort Credits are only available for reservations with arrivals from December 21 to December 31, 2022. Resort Credits are issued once per booking and require a minimum stay of four nights. The resort credit is valid on surcharged menu items, upgrades, “Romantic Dinner” on the beach (when available), “Private In-Suite Chef” (when available and applicable only in the One-Bedroom Suite and up), premium beverages and bottles of wine, select regular-price spa services, wireless Internet access, laundry and dry cleaning service, in-room telephone calls, and/or the Kids' Club. Resort credits can not be used at the Delicatessen, Palmita Market or applied toward room service delivery fees or the in-room mini-bar. Gratuities are not included. The credit will be applied to the final statement upon check-out. Any unused portion of the credit is non transferable, nonrefundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Resort Credit Restrictions: Resort Credits are per booking and require a minimum length of stay, The credit will be applied to the final statement upon check-out. The amount of the Resort Credits may vary based on the posted exchange rate at the time of check-out at the Resort.
