Loved the service by Edgar in the Wings Pub. He was very friendly and we had great margueritas. His service was excellent and he had great service. He also was also very attentive and happy to take pictures.

I loved the place very good atmosphere and I really liked the Jey de zumba classes were great I will come more often and be able to enjoy more of this beautiful experience, I loved karaoke with wigs were very much in their role thank you Jey and tino for giving us a fun experience
The truth I had a great time and very fun activities Jey with very good enthusiasm and humor and the truth would go again in the lottery we had fun and in the BEACH volley thank you very much we will come back to have fun all and live more thanks to the cleaning also
The staff made this trip fantastic and a wonderful 42nd anniversary celebration ! Can’t say enough about Veronica and Caesar at the Patron Restaurant! Veronica was an outstanding hostess who patiently worked with the guests while they waited for their tables! The resort was extremely clean and the staff made sure everything was in place! Our room was serviced everyday and was a welcoming after a long day of beaching and sightseeing! Love everything about Villa Del Palmar

The service was fantastic! Alexis was great with the Kayak. Charly with activities always a smile. Joaquin was the best at the pool/beach! Marie fantastic cleaning! Love this place! There is variety for all! And the spa massage fantastic!
Our experience for the last two weeks was amazing! The night time activities were fun and entertaining, especially the Mexican Fiesta and Fire dancing! Charly was super fun with doing aqua aerobics in the pool! Food was good, French fries by the beach and pool are a must! Joaquin was very attentive to our needs for drinks and food, especially at happy hour! And Maria gave us exceptional service in our room! Thank you Villa del Palmar for an amazing two weeks--we will be back!
We spent 8 days here with our son and his family: 4 adults and 2 kids to celebrate our 50th anniversary. All the restaurants are excellent. The rooms are bright and fun. The staff is amazing. Ricardo in the Market restaurant along with his staff: chef Christian, Sandra and Emiliano made a special night for us at sunset at their seafood restaurant with champagne, a beautifully crafted Cesar salad and a gourmet layered carrot cake with Happy 50th ensconced in chocolate on the plate. What a memorable time they created for us. We are so grateful.
My stay was absolutely wonderful. I don’t usually travel alone, but this time I decided to go for it—and I’m so glad I did. The moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a delicious margarita, and from that point on, everything just felt perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really stood out to me was the people. Everyone who works there is always smiling, and I felt genuinely comfortable throughout my entire stay.
I especially want to highlight the amazing service I received from the concierge team—such kind and positive energy. Oscar, Habib, and Mauricio were always attentive, fun, and made me feel truly cared for. The front desk team was also incredibly helpful. Rafa, Leslie, Melissa, Jacqueline—everyone at the front provided excellent service.
I’m already planning my next visit!

Can’t fault this resort, clean rooms, friendly staff, good food and good location. There’s a playground in the food court just across the street that was great for our child not old enough for the kids club. Great value overall, I’m sure we’ll be back!
A wonderful hotel. Clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I booked the ""all inclusive"" package. Awesome hotel/resort. No reservations required at the restaurants, like most all inclusive resorts. Food is delicious!!! The hotel is an older one. But, they have kept it in great shape. Contant up-keep. There are two pools. One hot tub. Poolside food and drinks by the great and efficient staff. Lots of lounging chairs. Breakfast buffet has a great variety. The room we stayed in has a small kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, all kinds of dishes and utensils. The outside entrance has a very nice fountain.
On my last night here, the entire staff came over to my table at supper and served me dessert and had their photo taken with me! They wished me a safe trip home! Amazing service and such kind people! I have traveled literally around the world and can say this was a first for the staff to all come over to say goodbye!
The only downside, which has nothing to do with the hotel, is the $26 USD taxi ride each way to and from the airport! No hotel shuttle.
This was a great resort! The views and beaches were great! There is also a lot of other activities and attractions that the staff members helped us out with! Mr. Rodruigez provided us with ATV riding, whale watching, fishing, and much more.
Terrific resort with superb staff. Good value. Right on the beach with a large well equipped gym and three pickleball courts.
It’s an older property, but it is super clean and you can’t beat the location. There is a food truck vendor station right across the street, and the beach is nice and calm for a swim. We love the pool..and poolside service is great!

5th visit in 7 years to the Villa del Palmar, Puerto Vallarta. What a great vacation for myself, my 2 granddaughters and their mom. A big shout out to the Villa’s Number 1 employee, Miguel Parra, in the Reservation Department, to the Front Desk, Kenia, Melany and Melissa, to the Villa’s best server’s, Joaquin and Celestino and to my housekeeper, Mireya. Top to bottom, first class experience. Room, dining, amenities, recreational opportunities, all top shelf. Staff never fails to please. Kindness and excellent service are systemic. Rubio, Ricardo,and Abigail at the Market Place made our last night perfect.
We vacationed two weeks, in which they were very pleasant.
The whole team helped a lot on my boyfriend's birthday.
They decorated their room very cheerfully, and made it their lovely holiday.
This was created by Miss Mily, who was ill and came back with everything very friendly and helpful. As with Miss Rocio, she did our courtesy at night.
On the team of activities, with the boys it was great, with Tino at the helm and his whole team sang the mornings and made him feel excellent.
The stretching and yoga activities were so relaxing.
But most enjoying kayaking and sea. With Ian's help, always with all the necessary protection to spend an excellent time at sea and with all caution.

At the firm. The quesadilla lady is the best food. And the gentleman who prepares the juices delicious.
Lisbet always but always so cheerful, I like her good character and customer service so much.
As for the concierge. The friendliness of the whole team was nice.
Reception we consider a very busy area. But they still took care of us very well.
Overall our stay was 10 .
A beautiful resort with a super friendly staff. Eriberto, Harlet, Carlos, Amir, Angelica, Etelvin, and Celestina were all so amazing. We spent a week here and we will definitely be back. 3 pools, great restaurants, and easy beach access.
Second 10 day stay here. We enjoy the resort, it’s like our home away from home. Friendly staff, resort is very clean & charming. Beautiful, well maintained pool & beach areas. We rent a kitchen unit & buy groceries at shops nearby. Especially love the convenience of a market on resort property. We ate the sports bar three times! Shout out to Donovanne Rodrigo & GM Ricardo who treated us to a surprise on our last night! See you again soon!!

This is my seventh year at Villa Del Palmar.We always get excellent service.and look forward to coming back year after year. This year our personal concierge was Monse, she has been great to work with. I really can’t say enough good things about our experience.

This is our favorite location. We love the quaintness and Mexican charm of this resort. We much prefer it over the larger resorts. The staff is absolutely wonderful.
The pool has an awesome slide with great entertainment. Has options to for folks who want relaxing time without kids as well. Pool side service is super fast, accommodating, and friendly. Bryan is an amazing server who accommodated our needs. He's an excellent server and hope you guys get to experience your vacation with him at your service as well!
This resort is a real hidden gem. From the onset the lobby is great and was recently refurbished. The resort itself is a little dated and so first impressions were a little skeptical. After needing to change room intially, Raul made this an easy and seemless service everything beyond this was A+. There are 3 heated pools offering ample room for even a fully booked resort. The temperature and heat was perfect and cleanliness was tip notch. Daniel was absolutely amazing for pool service, attention to detail, very polite and friendly and was always making sure we had what we needed. The poolside food was also amazing, very well cooked and great selections including a entire vegan selection. The food at the restaurants was also amazing, Jorge who wasnt always our waiter really went out of his way to look after us. Sandra who serviced our room was amazing too. These are just a few names but we had amazing service throughout and will definitely be coming back. Its clear to see many staff members have been working here for a number of years and I feel this is what makes the resort head and shoulders above the rest. Thanks for such a great vacation, we'll be back to see you all again
Pools are great. Resort is right on the beach. Convenient to local restaurants and grocery stores! Staff are very friendly! Non all inclusive is a great option because it encourages you to try different local cuisine.
This is a safe and friendly resort with all the amenities. Clean, quiet. Staff are very attentive. Recommended for families, singles and seniors.
We had a great time at the palmar. We stayed back in december for three weeks and liked it so much that we are back. The beach is great and the staff couldn't be more pleasant and helpful. Of special note the concierge Irma was especially helpful to us. She was there to help us book events and answer any questions that we had.
The best team in earth the concietge department Villa Del Palmar Centro especially Diego, Irma,,Monse,Iris,Fabi, Kenia, Martin etc all staff were good .the hotel have an excellent enviroment pleasent all the way and very safe which ths most important thing. The hotel es super clean and the maids are very good (verenice) please give these staff a very good prize/ evaluation.. Thank you to all Belkis R

Thank you for the great service. All the staff are very friendly, Alex at the front desk, Ramon and Fabiola from concierge were always greeting us with a smile. The resort is old but very well maintained. The pool temperature is just right, not to warm , refreshing and clean. Thank you for your hospitality, we will see you next time.
