Grilled cactus paddle roll, marinated with chili oil and roasted garlic over poblana cream, grilled panela cheese, black bean relish, cilantro, red onion, radish, thin tomato slices, lemon juice and salt.

 Vallarta Tacos.

Taco duo, lettuce stuffed with seafood salad, scallops, shrimp, octopus, cucumber, red apple, ginger, cilantro and chipotle mayonnaise.

Fish Tacos Baja Style.

 Weathred Fish stripes served on Corn tortilla accompanied of fresh salad of Cabbage, Jicama, Carrot and Spinach with Chipotle Dressing.

 Black Bean Chowder, light Bacon essence, Epazote, Panela Cheese and Sour Cream accompanied with fried Tortilla stripes.

Served on jasmine rice, sautéed crispy peppers accompanied with veracruzana sauce brothy based of roasted tomato, honey and marinated chilis juice.

Shrimp sauteed in garlic, cilantro, butter and flamed with tequila, jasmine rice and grilled vegetables. 

Chicken breast in pasilla sauce.

 Chicken Breast stuffed with Poblano peppers, in a creamy Pasilla pepper sauce accompanied with Beans and grilled Panela cheese.
