This would not be one of the most anticipated culinary festivals in Mexico if it didn’t include exclusive cocktail and dinner events throughout the week. Vallarta Nayarit Gastronomica 2018 kicks off with a VIP cocktail event in downtown Puerto Vallarta under the iconic arches overlooking Banderas Bay. The week continues with a dinner where your favorite chefs will be cooking in honor of one of Mexico’s most beloved chefs, Susana Palazuelos. The following night is Guadalajara Gourmet, featuring gourmet chefs from the second largest city in Mexico. This exciting culinary event full of gourmet workshops and dining comes to a close with dinners featuring Rock Star Chefs and a final gourmet dinner at Restaurant Tintoque.
